Lemony tomatoes w/mozz and basil
No-cook summer salad of fresh sliced tomatoes, sliced fresh mozzarella or burrata, fresh basil, and any other herbs that suit you. Drizzle with good olive oil, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper. Splash with balsamic vinegar (I love a white one if you can find it). Serve with crusty bread.
